  3. Dear Mrs.Koch, I don't think I will make it to PAGS because my moms car broke down and my dads car has a flat tire.I wish I could make it.

  4. Dear Mrs.Koch,
Now that was a very fun event! I'm so happy we were able to come! We played apples to apples, the computer block building challenge, Qwirkle and then the light game! Where we were until the end, because all 3 of mine enjoyed it so much! Plus they weren't leaving until the board was defeated! We now too are adding Qwirkle to our family games along with Blokus, Maddison received as a Christmas present! I am definitely making this a yearly tradition and can't wait for next year's! What a BLAST!

  5. Dear Mia & Nathir,

Hands On Night was fun, but it was hard to visit with anyone because I had to concentrate so much to keep track of the progress of the Shadowlands game. I think everyone had a good time. It seemed like there were a lot of people there. Maybe next year will work out better for you to be able to attend.

  6. Hi Amber,

I'm glad you and your family had fun at Hands-On Night. It is one of my favorite events of the year! Qwirkle is another great game. I have played it with my children too. I should get one for our classroom.
Have a great weekend-- I am hoping the snow stays to the west of us. I am ready for tulips and sunshine!

  7. Hi Mrs.Koch,
Yes I pray the snow stays far away! I really hope too we have reached the lowest are temperatures are going to go! I'm very ready for Spring too, to plant and to be able to open the windows in the house open to get fresh air all day! I am a spring/summer lover! ;)
Do you know where I can purchase Qwirkle? I didn't see it at WalMart or Target!
You too have a fabulous weekend!

  8. Amber,
You can usually find Qwirkle at Barnes & Noble. The also carry it at Mindware.com and Amazon.com. Good luck!
